PT Maintenance Custodian, Bread Loaf (2026 003891)

The Maintenance Custodian maintains and cares for Bread Loaf Campus grounds and facilities, performing tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting, and equipment maintenance. This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefit eligible position with an hourly range of $19.92-$24.40 per hour.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of proper use of equipment and the ability and willingness to learn to maintain all equipment used.
• Organizational skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, have ability to get a College license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be able to respond to a high volume of requests.
• General building maintenance, housekeeping, lawn mowing, trailer use and snow removal is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and must be a self starter. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written communications.
