Serves as a senior member of the Alumni Engagement team and the primary staff member in Advancement responsible for regional alumni programming, including designing and executing a comprehensive regional events strategy to support alumni engagement and donor cultivation and stewardship around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Seven years of related experience required
- Experience in a fundraising environment preferred
- Experience supervising professional staff preferred
- Middlebury graduate preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent organizational, event planning and teamwork skills required, in a fast-paced customer service-driven environment
- Knowledge of desktop applications and relational databases required
- Valid driver's license required for travel and event support
