Healthcare Data Analyst

Midi Health is a virtual clinic focused on women's midlife health, delivering insurance-covered care through a combination of clinical expertise and technology. The Healthcare Data Analyst will perform data analyses to demonstrate the impact of programs on member, clinician, and payer outcomes, and supports strategic decisions about company performance, growth, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information science, business, or related field
• Healthcare data experience is required
• Proficient in working with large commercial, Medicare, or Medicaid claims databases
• Working knowledge of medical claims, billing practices, and health insurance requirements
• Experience in conducting budget impact analyses to address health care cost questions
• Experience with population health analytics
• Fluent skills in R, SQL, Python, including use of AI statistical and analytical coding tools
• Ability to learn new skills and tools as data infrastructure evolves
