Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

Accompany Health is on a mission to give patients with complex needs the dignified, high-quality care they deserve. As a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst, you will help build data assets, processes, and models that provide insight into the company’s medical expense and risk adjustment performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrate mastery of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) to efficiently derive complex datasets and dashboards
• Serve as the Sr Data Analyst for the monthly enterprise reporting process
• Support the financial and operational team to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop, implement and maintain consistent process for data quality controls to ensure data integrity and make recommendations to improve data integrity
• Conduct analytics and reporting using data from payer claims, CMS files, electronic medical records, and other sources to deliver actionable insights to various teams
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests for stakeholders
• Work directly with product and Engineering teams to define data requirements for payer data ingestion and data warehousing
• Maintain clean and well-documented code
• Work with team-members to develop and continuously improve best practices
• Mentor others
