Job Description
As an Apple Certified Technician, you will provide high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and customer support for Apple devices in a fast-paced service team environment, promoting customer service excellence and contributing to delivering a premium service experience that reflects the standards of the Apple brand.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of iOS software and Apple products
- Apple certification – an advantage
- Good teamwork skills, agility, responsibility, and result-oriented mindset
