Job Description
The Renewals Executive is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, handling contract renewals, and working with internal departments. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong understanding of SaaS and partner ordering processes. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and multilingual proficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and partner ordering processes
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Multilingual proficiency
- Experience working with partners such as Rabobat, STI, Genesis, Morocco Engineering, Refsa, and Intellisolutions
- Exposure to Autodesk
