Clinical Education Manager

Midmark is seeking a Clinical Education Manager to provide clinical expertise and operational leadership across medical education programs. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling customer-facing clinical education through a nationwide network of 1099 clinical training vendors and internal clinical education resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a clinically relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiac or primary care environments
• 2+ years of experience managing field-based educators or third-party vendors
• Experience with EMR platforms and clinical workflow optimization
