Job Description
The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations of clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care, leading a multidisciplinary team and implementing policies to align with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and quality improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, i.e., EPIC, and healthcare management software
