Architect

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Corporate Office team, designing and coordinating innovative architectural designs for hospitality projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality and commercial projects
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft project,revit is optional, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations in architectural design, particularly in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to be stationed anywhere during the project and handle it until completion (up to 12 months)
