Corporate Human Resources Assistant Manager

As the Human Resources Assistant Manager at PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements

• Assist with recruitment and selection process
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Assist with employee offboarding processes
• Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with performance management initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs
• Assist with the coordination of training and development programs
