Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
