Head of Finance, Accounting, & Tax

MidPlaza Holding is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance, Accounting, & Tax to oversee all financial operations, lead a team of financial professionals, and develop comprehensive financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax law.
• Experienced in accounting firm.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial teams and leading financial strategy within an organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
