We're seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts from strategy to execution. This role requires real-world, hands-on marketing experience and is responsible for generating qualified leads that meet defined lead goals and cost-per-lead targets, while strengthening our brand across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Proven, real-life marketing experience in a marketing manager or similar role (hands-on execution required)
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, performance marketing, and CPL management
- Experience using Salesforce specifically as a CRM
- Google Lead Generation knowledge is a requirement (Local Services Ads, paid search, tracking, optimization)
- Strategic oversight of Google Ads, LSAs, and SEO
- Experience managing websites, Google Business Profiles, and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent writing skills with a strong grasp of brand voice and storytelling
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement
- Comfortable representing the company in the community and enjoys networking and relationship-building
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make informed decisions
- Highly organized with flawless attention to detail
