Camp Coordinator/Kidtown Lead

Windy Hill Athletic Club is seeking a Camp Coordinator/Kidtown Lead to join their member services team. The role involves leading children through organized events, activities, and sports, while also ensuring participant safety and coordinating exciting youth programs.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a teacher, camp counselor, or day care worker
• Experience leading a team
• Area of youth programming expertise (athletic, creative, or academic)
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with children and adults
• High energy levels and ability to keep children moving in various activities
• Patience and outgoing and friendly personality
• Optional: current certification in lifeguarding and/or water safety instruction
• Highly organized, energetic, and able to multitask
