Job Description
The Patient Services Representative facilitates communication between patients and doctors, clinical staff, and administrative staff. Responsibilities include verifying insurance, obtaining pre-authorizations, scheduling appointments, answering phones, triage, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining charts.
Requirements
- High school graduate, or equivalent
- Previous medical office experience and knowledge in medical coding/billing is preferred
