We are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the rental operations at our Appleton East local market location, responsible for managing day-to-day car and truck rental activities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Physical ability to assist customers at the counter, including standing for extended periods.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to stand, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles (compact cars to moving trucks).
