Possible task areas

Management of the internal IT infrastructure: Responsibility for the selection, implementation, and monitoring of systems that support the company's business processes. This includes ensuring system stability, performance optimization, automation, and scalability of the tool landscape, and includes network management, hardware, and software support.

You manage roles and user rights system-wide

Planning of the internal IT infrastructure: You analyze the company's business goals and develop internal IT strategies and roadmaps based on them.

Technical support and troubleshooting: Provision of technical equipment and support for employees of the company.

Data security: Ensuring the security of company, employee, and customer data

Your profile

For you, IT means creating a flexible toolset that allows everyone to have more time for value-adding work.

You have 2+ years of professional experience in the administration/business technology field.

You have excellent knowledge in the areas of Google Workspace, tool, and device management, as well as network technology (knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage)

You bring well-developed communication skills in German and English.

You are highly motivated, proactive, combined with a hands-on mentality.

Prioritizing tasks and agile work comes easily to you.

You have a high level of empathy and the ability to listen.
