Customer Service Representative

We assist those who are physically or mentally unable to work, apply for Social Security disability benefits or SSI. We handle appeals and represent them at hearings. We are looking for a team player who has multiple lines experience, great communication skills, and is bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

Requirements

• Be able to type at least 35 words per minute
• Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Know how to draft letters to clients or SSA or judge's offices
