Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in academic administration or instructional capacity, preferably at a post-secondary educational institution.
- Cosmetology or related programs license preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication are essential.
- Passion for Student Success: A genuine interest in seeing students thrive and succeed academically.
- Organizational Skills: The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management.

- Ability to Coach and Guide Faculty: Supporting and mentoring faculty to ensure proper polices and procedures are being followed as well as ensuring implementation and utilization of dynamic and engaging instructional strategies.
- Training Skills: Capable of effectively communicating and training faculty members on various aspects of their roles or utilizing specific educational tools.
