Job Description
Milan Institute is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant Instructor to guide and mentor aspiring dental assistants in a patient-centered learning environment. The Instructor will deliver lectures, supervise clinical training, and assess student progress, contributing to the advancement of the dental profession. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques, procedures, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship
- Adaptability to accommodate student needs
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods
- Current certification or licensure as a dental assistant (preferred)
- Teaching experience (plus) preferred
