Job Description
MileHigh Adjusters Houston is looking for an experienced adjuster to teach Adjuster Boot Camp courses and lead Xactimate X1 training. The position is a 1099 contract position with 14-20 days of work per month and competitive pay based on experience and certifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of property claims adjusting experience
- Xactimate Level 2 certification, or willingness to obtain before starting
- Great with people — must enjoy teaching, mentoring, and connecting with new adjusters
- Comfortable leading a classroom and motivating others
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
