Our Claims Team needs your support as a solution-oriented person with communication skills and a big interest in vehicles. As a Support Agent, you will be the central contact person for customers regarding damage intake.
Your responsibilities:
- You are the contact person for accident victims and claimants and support them with the necessary empathy and competence.
- You provide general assistance to accident parties through various channels (e-mail, phone, etc.).
- You are responsible for mediating services and providing assistance.
- You check the completeness of the damage report and collect missing information.
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have first-hand experience in vehicle damage regulation.
- You have relevant experience in contact with customers.
- You bring a negotiation-safe and reliable appearance.
- You can express yourself very well in German and English, both in writing and verbally.
