Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Milestone LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality mental health services to our community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and assessment tools.
• Excellent therapeutic and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice standards.
