Job Description
Milestone Systems, Inc. is seeking a Legal Counsel in our Mexico City regional headquarters to support legal operations throughout the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, fluency in Spanish and English, and a commitment to advancing their legal expertise within a dynamic industry.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Able to effectively interact with executive management and lead complex negotiations.
- Proficient in the use of contract/legal management tools (e.g., CLMs) and MS Office Suite.
- Law degree from an accredited Mexican University and a Cédula Profesional license issued by the Secretaría de Educación Pública.
- 3-5 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house), preferably supporting technology or software related matters.
- Mexico Employment Law experience preferred.
- Government contracting and compliance experience, a plus.
- Two-tier sales channel experience, a plus.
