Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support Milhaus by maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. The role includes preparing monthly variance analysis reports, recommending and implementing process improvements using consolidation software and ERP systems, and collaborating with senior accounting, finance, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge in several functions within Finance (Budgeting, Consolidation, Performance Reporting and financial analysis)
• Basic understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls
• Ability to pull, consolidate, and analyze large data sets from different systems
• Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in real estate or corporate finance.
• Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence
