Groundskeeper - Northbend Apartments

The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the Northbend Apartments property and works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency – both written and verbal
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations
• Ability to operate a two-axle motor vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position
• Experience and working knowledge of OSHA and other environmental safety standards
• Ability to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather
