Maintenance Technician - LIFT Apartments

Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds of the property, ensuring satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

Requirements

• Minimum one year demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable private transportation.
• English language proficiency both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) requirements and applicable program regulations.
