As the Director of Construction Management, you will lead the Construction Management Group nationally, plan, manage, and deliver various projects on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations. You will be responsible for business development, staff development, and retention, as well as establish goals, priorities, and objectives for the construction group.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of construction management / construction administration policies and procedures for a variety of clients
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a pro-active manner
- Cultivate effective relationships with clients, and team members
- Demonstrated leadership skills and extensive project management experience
- Experience with IDOT/CDOT/Cook County
- Proficient managing teams of 10 - 20 direct reports
- Proficient managing multiple projects simultaneously
