Job Description
Milhouse is seeking an energetic Transportation Design Section Manager to lead a team of engineers and oversee project development for Illinois clients. This role involves managing projects, ensuring quality delivery, fostering innovation, and maintaining work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing transportation projects for DOTs or transit agencies
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience designing highway/roadway projects
- Proficiency in software like Bentely Microstation and OpenRoads (optional)
