Job Description
The Information Systems Security Officer I (Government) is an entry-level IS professional who aids the Government on basic IT and information system security issues affecting the mission.
Requirements
- Basic IT background
- Data Transfer Familiarity (Preferred)
- TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification
- Familiarity with conducting research and analysis
- Familiarity with network and information system security principles and best practices
- Ability to engender rapport with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with applicable Government IC policies, procedures and operating instructions related to Information Technology, Information Assurance, Information Management (IT/IA/IM)
