Regional Sales/Business Development Manager responsible for developing and managing leads, customer accounts, and relationships, with a focus on revenue and volume growth, profitability, customer retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or other equivalent academic disciplines
- Formal sales training preferred
- Minimum of at least three to five years of experience in a regional sales or national sales position
- Experience in the Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred
- Experience with account management, sales management, client relations, business to business sales strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking
- Consultative selling techniques
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Negotiation abilities
- Supply-chain knowledge
- Superior computer skills and MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
