Job Description
Rep 2, IT Support-2 provides IT support services, including installing new equipment, performing network troubleshooting, and maintaining network file server backups and disaster recovery. The role requires regular attendance and variable schedules, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Perform moves, adds, changes and maintenance activities for desktop/laptop computers, telephones and printers.
- Educate end users regarding computer and software operations.
- Perform network troubleshooting and make recommendations on computer related needs.
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of network file server backups and disaster recovery.
- Ensure complete and reliable security for sensitive data.
