Job Description
Provides leadership and oversight to all enterprise risk management activities, defines and manages IT and/or cybersecurity related programs and/or projects, and directs administrative activities.
Requirements
- IT-related experience demonstrating four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving
- One year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level in the federal government
- Monitoring operations and systems to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, laws, and policies
- Participating in standardization, modernization, and strategic planning of programs and/or operations
- Developing program policies and procedures that align to strategic goals of the agency
- Planning, evaluating, and leading projects or teams
- Evaluating work performance of subordinates
- Understanding, explaining, and presenting persuasive complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
