We are seeking a Mailroom Supervisor to manage the processing of mail, parcels, and packages in an institutional, secure setting. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing high-quality care and is dedicated to making an impact for the people and communities we serve.
The Mailroom Supervisor will supervise staff, receive, sort, and distribute mail, parcels, and packages, process certified and registered mail, compute postage rates, and inspect mail for contraband.
This role requires a strong sense of service, professionalism, and a responsibility to better the public good. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting and be able to evaluate staff performance according to facility and corporate policy.
