Responsible for managing mailroom personnel and day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of services to ServiceSource and clients. Provides exceptional customer service and achieves high customer satisfaction.
Manage mailroom personnel, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure contract performance requirements are met. Plan and assign work, establish a daily/weekly/monthly battle rhythm, and assess work performance.
Requires strong leadership and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and knowledge of postal operations. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph.
