Role Overview

As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a world-class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency. You will prioritize health and safety, utilize leadership skills, and oversee housekeeping activities.

You will implement spare parts organization, develop improvement processes, and maintain cost control to support facility and organizational goals.

• Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members
• Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence
• Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
• Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired
• Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency
• Maintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals
