
Job description
The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planner is responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of all preventive and condition-based maintenance activities within the facility. This role focuses on improving equipment reliability and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work.
Develop detailed and standardized work packages for preventive maintenance, write clear and concise work instructions, identify necessary parts and tools, perform field walk-downs, and ensure timely and accurate close-out of all work packages.
This role requires close collaboration with the facility's Reliability Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor to continuously optimize maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of industrial safety procedures.
