
Job description
Responsible for creating effective and efficient maintenance and reliability task plans that will include materials, labor, skills and tools necessary to complete the job(s). Supports and investigates situations in which line/equipment stoppage occurs due to perceived, imminent safety risk. Actively leads risk assessment activities for their area of responsibility by driving prioritized corrective and preventative actions to eliminate/reduce environmental, health or safety risks.
Create task specific plans that detail the steps, sequence and estimate of time required, tools and parts to complete the scope of maintenance or reliability work. Identify and document the required skill sets to perform each step. Lead special projects and ensure compliance to all safety policies and procedures.
Requires strong organizational skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong planning and decision-making skills, and ability to interface effectively with customers, vendors, contractors and senior leaders.
