Mill is a waste prevention technology company seeking an Operations Program Manager for Manufacturing to lead the expansion of its manufacturing program for commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including direct management of third parties, and program management experience in bringing up new manufacturing locations/partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Program management experience in bringing up new manufacturing locations/partners
• Direct management of third parties (CM / JDM / OEM) for hardware products
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Start-up experience desired
