Senior Firmware Engineer

Mill is a waste prevention technology company seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and implement low-level firmware for their next-generation connected product. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless connectivity features and contribute to the deployment readiness of systems for large-scale production.

Requirements

• Design and implement robust firmware on MCU platforms
• Develop and optimize communication stacks for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless protocols
• Write efficient low-level code that integrates with hardware peripherals
• Apply best practices for error handling and performance optimization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to rigorously debug, test, and troubleshoot firmware
