Senior System Engineering Program Manager

Mill is seeking a Senior System Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development and production of hardware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience managing complex hardware product schedules.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Understanding of FW/SW preferred
• Knowledge of product development processes and manufacturing processes
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
