Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. You'll learn from your fellow colleagues and through our M Academy, where you'll be able to advance your career with apprenticeship and develop your career within our Brands.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable with all our menus
• Mise en place; to be prepared after each service
• To ensure cleanliness and readiness and after each service
• To collect any relevant food items from the Kitchen before each service in a timely manner
• Remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
• Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
