We’re looking for a dynamic, capable Head Chef ready for a new challenge in the worlds only Beatles-themed hotel. You’ll be capable of ensuring consistency in dish product quality, kitchen maintenance, food hygiene expectations and inventory functions, all to achieve the highest of standards as expected by our brand & current legislation so that the kitchen is always running smoothly, and at the most economical cost.
Requirements
- Having a flair and passion for food, leading by example to all junior chefs in all elements of food preparation and service
- Directing all daily kitchen activities, planning and organising workloads ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers in line with the current payroll budget
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge & managing all government Health and Food Safety legislation including HACCP
- Developing your team and improving their performance through regular coaching and feedback
