The ideal candidate will provide a smooth and enjoyable check-in and check-out experience for guests and contribute to the overall satisfaction of guests at their hotels worldwide.
Requirements
- Welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently check them in and out, and provide them with accurate room assignments.
- Process transactions and handle financial transactions with accuracy, including cash and credit card payments.
- Manage phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel lobby.
- Provide guests with information on local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Enforce security procedures to ensure guest safety and security.
