
Job description
Perform forming requirements to make products as indicated on blueprints, setting up and operating conventional, special purpose and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to form metallic parts.
Perform preventative maintenance on machines, do preliminary inspection on parts to identify non-conformities, and start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance bend radius.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos, recall programs and set up established processes, and work independently with limited supervision.
