Job Description
Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician to work out of their Leesport, PA truck maintenance shop. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic, and experience with Class 1-7 diesel tractors. The role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing engine fault codes, and repairing brakes, steering components, and suspension. Requirements
- Prior experience as a fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic
- Experience or formal training diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors
- Valid CDL or ability to acquire CDL with assistance of trainer
- Hand tools
