We are seeking a curious, motivated Associate Technology Analyst to help elevate the digital systems that power our operations. The candidate will support key enterprise applications and partner with teams across the business to solve problems and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS, JDE, and Infor OM
- Translate business needs into clear workflows, requirements, and improvements
- Troubleshoot issues with a solution-focused mindset
- Support system enhancements, testing, and upgrades
- Create documentation that empowers users and improves understanding
