Job Description
Plant Quality Specialist & ASPP – Knoll Italy: Ensures compliance of products and processes with corporate standards, customer requirements, and ISO norms. Owns plant quality performance and the full customer claims process. Supports HSE activities by acting as ASPP, collaborating with the RSPP.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in quality management within manufacturing (preferably metal furniture).
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D or Step, FMEA, SPC,...).
- Experience in HSE topics and familiarity with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
- Willingness to assume ASPP duties (qualification to be acquired with company support).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English; proficient with Microsoft Office and quality systems.
