Design Within Reach is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the team and clients in their Grand Rapids store. The role involves day-to-day operations, sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and eager to learn and grow in a creative environment.
Requirements
- Interest in design, retail, or customer service
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites
- Willingness to learn systems like salesforce and design software
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and move items as needed
