Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement IT and ERP solutions to enable efficient business operations. They will provide advanced technical support to functional areas, analyze complex problems, and deliver scalable ERP and enterprise system solutions.
Requirements
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP and enterprise applications
- Designing and developing application enhancements, integrations, and custom tools
- Leading the analysis and resolution of complex ERP and application issues
- Developing and implementing IT and ERP processes
- Collaborating with business stakeholders
- Installing, upgrading, and patching ERP and enterprise-level software
- Designing and maintaining production, development, testing, and training environments
- Developing and maintaining interfaces with other enterprise systems
- Participating in 24/7 on-call support and disaster recovery processes
- Coaching and mentoring peers
- Leading small to medium IT and ERP-related projects
