Job Description
Millstone Medical Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer to support the growing operational, cybersecurity, and compliance needs of our organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cybersecurity
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems administration, networking (firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching – BGP, OSPF, VLANs), and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, endpoint and identity security, and vulnerability management and patch governance
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, healthcare, or similar)
